Online Booking for a registered charity pitch at Hamfest on 9 August 2026
Please make your booking by 31 July 2026.
The fee is waived for a pitch up to 5 metres wide. Extra space is available at £1.00 per metre (e.g. 10 metre pitch equals £5.00).

WE REGRET THAT TABLES CANNOT BE HIRED THIS YEAR.
Note that entry is for a maximum of TWO people from 7 am who must arrive together. Additional visitors will be able to enter from 9 am and will have to pay the normal visitor rate at the gate.
If additional people are required (beyond the 2 people arriving together) to bring in materials and help set up then please discuss this with the booking co-ordinator using the contact form on the Hamfest page. Additional people will be charged the £5.00 entry however special provision will need to be made for them to access the site before 9 am.
Please note that your booking will be subject to confirmation by our booking co-ordinator. You will receive an email from the booking co-ordinator.
